But my life didn’t always look like this. Fifteen years ago, I was burnt out, depleted, exhausted and disconnected from my body. I was battling severe endometriosis, migraines that stole days at a time, and a heart condition.
I was on autopilot, barely surviving. After being hospitalised for dangerously low iron levels and needing blood transfusions to save my life. I had a moment of truth: no one was coming to save me. That was the turning point. I chose to turn my pain into purpose and invest in my health every single day.
What began with small daily shifts — movement, mindset, nourishment, snowballed into a full transformation.
As I got stronger, more energised, and more confident, I realised this wasn’t just about me.
There were so many women around me struggling in silence, especially in midlife and in ethnic communities where conversations around women’s health, periods, endometriosis and menopause were taboo.
In  2015, I launched SAE Pilates and Fitness to support women who felt overwhelmed, unseen, and burnt out, just like I once had. And what a journey it’s been. Over the past decade, I’ve coached thousands of women through fitness, mindset, menopause, and lifestyle changes.  My approach has always been grounded in investing in your health and prioritising your wellness. Health is Wealth
