Why I Created Empower Movement Coaching

Movement has played a powerful role in my own journey of rebuilding my body.

Over the years I have navigated several health collapses, severe endometriosis, medical menopause, major surgery, full hysterectomy and surgical menopause, leading to rebuilding my health several times. There were moments where my body felt unfamiliar, where movement felt uncertain, and where rebuilding strength felt daunting.

But I also discovered something incredibly powerful.

The body has an extraordinary ability to rebuild when it is supported in the right way.

Through Pilates, progressive strength training and recovery-focused movement, I was able to reconnect with my body and gradually rebuild strength and confidence again.

Empower Movement Coaching was created so that other women navigating similar challenges do not have to figure this journey out alone.

This approach is shaped not only by my professional training, but by my own experience rebuilding my body through endometriosis, hysterectomy, major surgery and menopause.

This coaching provides the structure, guidance and support needed to rebuild strength safely and sustainably. 

How Empower Movement Coaching Works

Empower Movement Coaching combines structured movement programming with personalised coaching and support.


Initial Movement Assessment

Your journey begins with a one-to-one online session with Sahir.

During this session we will discuss:

• Your health and movement history
• Injuries or surgeries
• Current strength and mobility
• Movement challenges
• Your goals for rebuilding strength

This session allows Sahir to design a movement programme tailored specifically to your body and needs. 

Personalised Movement Programme

Your programme is delivered through the Pilates Physio platform, where exercises are demonstrated clearly so you can confidently follow your programme.

Programmes may include:
• Mobility work
• Breathwork and core connection
• Pilates-based strengthening
• Progressive strength training
• Posture and stability exercises 

Monthly Coaching Check-Ins

You will meet with Sahir regularly to review progress, adjust your programme and ensure your body continues to move forward safely.

Being the expert she is who has helped so many including herself from her surgery, just know that you are in the best hands & the program will be tailored to your needs every step of the way.

You will also have WhatsApp support for questions and guidance between check-ins so that you remain supported throughout your movement journey.
