What a find! Sahir was recommended to me by my physio when I felt that I was on the scrap heap both physically and emotionally after several complicated total hip replacement surgeries. I have been attending Sahir's clinical pilates sessions for many years and every week we do something a little bit different. Sahir is always careful to target our problem areas & avoid injury.
